Last month while we were flying to Boise for a wedding Simon finally signed "more" in sign language. I was thrilled, but came to the conclusion that to him "more" actually meant "raisin" since I was feeding him the delicious, yet horrible choking hazard on the plane and he could not get enough.
Then just a few weeks ago I took this picture at snack time. We were having bananas topped with peanut butter and raisins. He would pick the raisins and peanut butter off and eat them and then smash the bananas. Ahh! After a while I looked at him and thought, "what on earth is on your face." Of course, it was a raisin with a dab of peanut butter on it. Syd got a kick out of it too and tried sticking raisins all over her face too. Snack time had clearly turned into silly time.
So, if you want to make this little man happy--give him a raisin . . . or two . . . or three!
