So we are now able to check at least ONE item off of our lengthy "To Do List"--hooray!
We have a house in Madison. We are excited about it because:
- Our rent will be less than our current mortgage
- It has 1800 square feet (at least 1000 more than our home here)
- There is a raspberry patch in the backyard (Syd can't wait!)
- Andrew's commute will be less than 10 minutes to all of his work locations
- It is right across the street from a park
- We found it on Craigslist and don't have to make a special trip to find housing (don't worry--we had friends check it out!)

yipee..the place looks awesome...ours is 1800 sq. ft. and it is perfect for the family...I am jealous of the raspberry patch..sweet..we will have to catch up soon!

So when I first saw the picture and the "house" title, I stared for a second going, "Okay, why does their house look so far set back from the street?" I seriously thought it WAS your house because it just has that Hill look and colors and the tree out front even! So perfect for your family! And what a beautiful lawn! We grew up with raspberries too and they are my favorite berry because of that. You'll have kids with berry-stained hands all summer and just love it!

I can't wait to bring our whole family out to visit, with that type of space, we'll stay a week! I mean, sure, Seattle is nice, but finally you are moving some place I WANT to vacation at!
I thought the same thing as Cailean! The house looks great- I bet it will be really nice to rent for a while and have no desire to do projects!

Cute place, crazy times for you guys! But you both are amazing people and able to balance all of those undaunting items on your to-do list. It will always be growing but you will always be an awesome mom, wife, friend, dietitian...
