*SNOW* Day

We have LOTS of *SNOW*--gobs of it in fact.

We were to expect 6-8 inches last night.

The A-daddy finally got the driveway cleared enough to pull out, only to get stuck four times in our little neighborhood (they don't plow it and it has turned into a luge run of sorts) on the way to work. He is of course trying to determine how he will get around our fair city for the next 4 months until all of it melts. Feet, the bus, some old 4-wheel drive something or other.

I just want cocoa, our fireplace, a cozy sweater, and a book. Out of necessity however, I think I shall have a date with the washing machine and dryer--maybe I will invite my headphones?

I am just waiting for the kids to decide that they want to make a mess of the back yard which seriously looks like it is covered in a thick layer of whipped cream (not Cool Whip --eww).

Just so you know, it is still coming down and it is oh so pretty.

How fun!! We are hoping some of that Whipped Cream will at least fall in the mountains over here. Many are waiting for all the fun that comes with the fun white stuff. Enjoy!

It sounds beautiful...I don't know if I've ever seen that much snow!

I am so jealous...it might snow this weekend here and stay for a few days. I am crossing my fingers.

I am with you on the cool whip, although I used to love cool whip, and bisquick and stove top...that was before I met Greg ;)

I love the snow and it never sticks around long enough here as I'm sure you remember. I'm sure you'll have it long enough you could build a whole snow city. If that was Cool Whip out there it would NEVER go away! Have you read the ingredients in that stuff?! I totally agree :)

I love the sweater/cocoa option myself. Hooray for reasons to bring those things together.

Ahh Wisconsin. Hope you enjoy the snow. And hope it doesn't get TOO cold there this winter! I just always wanted mountains while we were there so I could put the snow to good use and snowboard on it.

So fun! I would love a little snow around here, although that so won't be happening--it's what I consider a bit chilly at about 60 degrees:)
